About the Position

As a Personal Service Technician/Andon at Brandt, you will be a central part of our workshop team and work with some of the most well-known brands in the automotive world – Volvo, Polestar, Renault, and Dacia.

In our workshops, we work according to the VPS model, where two Personal Service Technicians collaborate at each lift to create a simpler, faster, and more personalized workshop experience for the customer.

In the role of Andon, you act as the "spider in the web" and an extra resource for our Personal Service Technicians. You ensure that the team follows the production schedule and adheres to their start and stop times, so we can always deliver on time to the customer. The tasks vary and may include assisting with repairs, helping with troubleshooting, or relieving administrative tasks.

In addition, you will also work with the workshop coach and workshop manager on continuous improvements and development to bring out the best in all responsible parties.

Qualifications

We see that you have:

• high school diploma, preferably in automotive technology
• at least a B driver's license
• good computer skills and proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience in the automotive industry and leadership.

Conditions

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month initial probationary period. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the application deadline. We welcome both female and male applicants.
